For $3, order insurance protects against:
- Package loss by carrier
- Porch/mailroom theft
- Products damaged in transit
- Wrong color/size/product
To file a claim, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the issue, and the product(s) affected. We will respond within one business day with a suggested resolution. If we still have the product(s) in stock, we will re-ship it. If not, we will issue you a full refund or store credit including the cost of shipping.
All domestic orders are shipped with UPS or USPS and multiple delivery methods are offered at checkout. USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS Next Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air Early are available for guaranteed overnight delivery if placed by 12:00pm CST Monday-Friday (excludes weekends and holidays). Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing and handling for orders placed with UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail as your selected shipping option.
UPS Standard, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Saver, and DHL Express Worldwide are all available international shipping methods. UPS Standard may include additional customs/brokerage fees to complete delivery in some countries. All rates are calculated at checkout. Depending on the destination country and shipping method selected, some orders may require additional duties/taxes to complete delivery. These duties/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer to pay; any package that is returned to us due to a refusal by the receiver to pay duties/taxes will not be refunded.

We accept returns within 30 days of item delivery provided that the item is unworn and in its original condition with all tags still attached.
