Returns and Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to initiate a return and drop off the return package at the respective shipping provider. For a return to be considered timely, the shipping provider must be in possession of the return package within 14 days of initial delivery as indicated by the tracking information. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn and unused, with original tags still attached. We inspect all returns to make sure that they are in new and unworn condition. If items are sent back to us that we deem to have been worn/used, you will not receive a refund and the item(s) will not be shipped back to you. Please include a completed returns form (attached below) with all returns & exchanges.  If a returns form is not attached, we will be unable to properly process your return and we will issue a store credit if your return item is deemed eligible. 

To request a return, you can contact us at hello@shoprocknrags.com. Please allow one business day for response and a label to be sent; if you contact us after 14+ days or on a weekend/holiday when the following business day will be the 14th+ day, it will be too late for us to send you a return label and have it in possession of USPS in a timely manner. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email along with a returns form (also attached here) to complete and include with the return. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of return postage. For refunds, this cost will be deducted from the amount of your return, usually around $5.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will always cover these issues at no cost to you.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not return or exchange any sale items, underwear, intimates (bodysuits), hats/beanies, One of One/Vintage items, or earrings. If you send any of these items back to us to initiate a return or exchange, you will not receive a refund and the item(s) will not be sent back to you. If you believe an item you purchased was damaged or defective at the time of receipt, please email us at hello@shoprocknrags.com and include a description and photograph of the fault.

 

Exchanges
To initiate an exchange for a different size, different item, or store credit, please email us at hello@shoprocknrags.com with your order number, item(s) you'd like to exchange, and what you'd like to exchange for. We will then send over a prepaid return label that you can print out to send the original item(s) back to us and a returns form (attached below) to specify what you are exchanging for. If you need something urgently, you can place a new order for the correct size/item and we can refund you when original item(s) is received. 

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

 

Refunds
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@shoprocknrags.com and we will happily look into it for you.
