Returns and Exchanges
Not a perfect match? No Problem! Please read our ‘Returns and Exchanges’ policy carefully prior to returning or exchanging any items. If after reading you wish to continue with your return, please see the Returns Form at the bottom of this page and ensure that it is completed and included with your return or exchange. If the Returns Form is not included, we will not be able to process your return or exchange and the item will not be sent back to you.
NOT Accepted For Returns/Exchanges:
- Sale Items
- Intimates (including underwear, bodysuits, and, swimwear)
- Vintage or “OneOfOne” items
If any of the items listed above are returned to us, they will not be refunded nor will they be returned to you. All items returned/exchanged must be in their original condition (not worn, used or washed) with their original tags attached and intact (some items may come without tags).
- You may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the original delivery date (applies to both domestic and international orders). We will accept any returns/exchanges that are postmarked back to us within 30 days of this date even if we receive the return package after 30 days.
- If you need an exception due to extenuating circumstances, just ask - we are very friendly and will always be as accommodating as possible within reason!

- Fill in the required information on the returns form below (if you can not print the form please put the required information on a piece of paper).
- Send your item and a completed Returns Form to the address below. You can also view, download, and print the form here.

Accidents happen! We recommend using a traceable form of post as we take no liability for loss of any items. Once we receive the return item(s) we inspect it to ensure it has not been worn, used or washed and all original tags are intact. We process all of our returns as quickly as possible. Postage is not refunded.
If you believe there is a manufacturer’s defect with your item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a description and photograph of the fault.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, different item, or store credit, please follow our return policy and specify on the Returns Form (below) that you would like to exchange your item either for a different size, different item, or store credit. We will split the cost of postage with you on exchanges; that is, you pay the postage to send the item back to us and we'll pay the postage to send the exchange item to you. If we do not have an item in stock that you request for an exchange, we will send you a store credit equal in value to the item you purchased minus the cost of shipping via email in the form of an e-gift card.
To exchange your item for store credit, please follow our return policy and specify on the Returns Form (below) that you would like to exchange your item for store credit. Provided that upon our receipt of the item it is deemed to be unworn and in its original condition with all tags still attached (if there were tags), we will issue you an e-gift card equal in value to the item you purchased minus the original cost of shipping. This will be delivered via email to the email left on the original order (unless otherwise specified on the Returns Form). It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the postage on the item being sent back to us.
If we have the alternate size that you are looking for in stock, we will send that item to you upon our receipt of your original item (provided that the item is deemed to be unworn and in its original condition with all tags still attached if there were tags). If we do not have the size you are requesting in stock, we will issue you an e-gift card equal in value to the item you purchased minus the cost of shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the postage on the item being sent back to us.
