Returns and Exchanges
Please read our returns and exchanges policy carefully prior to returning or exchanging any items. Please see the returns form at the bottom of this page and ensure that it is completed and included with your return or exchange. If the returns form is not included we will not be able to process your return or exchange and the item will not be sent back to you.
We do not return or exchange any earrings, underwear or intimate items (bodysuits).
We do not return or exchange any sale items or any items purchased using a discount code.
We do not return or exchange any items in the “OneOfOne” or “Vintage” categories.
If earrings, OneOfOne/Vintage items, or sale items are returned to us they will not be refunded nor will they be returned to you.
American customers can return items within 10 days from receipt of item.
International customers can return items within 14 days from receipt of item.
This is from the date that you receive the item to the date that it is postmarked back to us.
HOW TO RETURN:
- Fill in the required information on the returns form below (if you can not print the form please put the required information on a piece of paper).
- Send your item and a copy of the returns form to the address below within 10 days of receipt of an item for American customers and within 14 days of receipt of an item for international customers.
- Every individual item being returned needs to have its own return form filled out. If you are returning multiple items at once, multiple forms should be included with what you are sending back to us.

We recommend using a traceable form of post as we take no liability for loss of any items. Once we receive the return item we inspect it to ensure it has not been worn, used or washed and all original tags are intact. We process all of our returns as quickly as possible. Postage is not refunded.
Returns/exchanges on sale items are not accepted.
Returns/exchanges on earrings, underwear or intimate items (bodysuits) are not accepted.
Returns/exchanges on OneOfOne/Vintage items are not accepted.
If sale items, earrings, underwear, intimate items (bodysuits), or OneOfOne/Vintage items are returned to us they will not be refunded nor will they be sent back to you.
All items returned/exchanged must be in their original condition (not worn, used or washed) with their original tags attached and intact.
You must provide your order number with your return to enable us to credit the value of the return back to you.
All items must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt for American customers and within 14 days of receipt for international customers. This is from the date that you receive the item to the date that it is postmarked back to us. Returns outside of this time limit will not be accepted.
The customer will not be refunded the cost of postage and all customers are to cover the cost of return postage.
To return your item, you should mail your item to: Rock N Rags, 613 Central Ave., Highland Park IL 60035, United States. The returns form attached at the bottom of this page must be included in the return. We will be unable to process your return/exchange if this form is not completed attached, and your item will not be shipped back to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please ensure you use a traceable form of post to ensure that the item can be tracked as we will not be liable for the loss of any items being returned. Once the returned items have been received, they will be assessed and a refund will be forwarded to the customer if the item(s) have been deemed to be unworn and in their original condition.
If you believe there is a fault with your item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a description and photograph of the fault.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or store credit, please follow our return policy and specify on the Returns Form (below) that you would like to exchange your item either for a different size or store credit. We will split the cost of postage with you on exchanges; that is, you pay the postage to send the item back to us and we'll pay the postage to send the exchange item to you.
To exchange your item for store credit, please follow our return policy and specify on the Returns Form (below) that you would like to exchange your item for store credit. Provided that upon our receipt of the item it is deemed to be unworn and in its original condition with all tags still attached, we will issue you an e-gift card equal in value to the item you purchased minus the cost of shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the postage on the item being sent back to us.
If we have the alternate size that you are looking for in stock, we will send that item to you upon our receipt of your original item, provided that upon our receipt of the item it is deemed to be unworn and in its original condition with all tags still attached. If we do not have the size you are requesting in stock, we will issue you an e-gift card equal in value to the item you purchased minus the cost of shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the postage on the item being sent back to us.
